Parking Basement Entrance

Inform the security guard that you’re here for check-in. You may park at any available non-reserved lot.

Lift lobby from the car park. Proceed to Ground Floor to the Main Lobby.

Present your booking details to our front desk upon check in.

Check-In: 3:00pm onwards
Check-Out: By 11:00am
*Any early check-in or late check-out is subject to unit availability with a fee of RM50 per hour.
*Counter Operation hour: 24 hours
*Please show your booking detail together with photo identification for verification purpose upon check in

Refuse Chamber

The Refuse Chamber is just next to the lift at every level.

Please DO NOT leave any rubbish outside of the unit. Kindly dispose the rubbish at the designated area.

Any violation will result in a fine of RM200.

Facilities Floor

House Rules

No partying or hosting of events. A RM300 fees will be imposed for extra cleaning.
Smoking in the unit is a BIG NO. Penalty fees of RM500 if you’re caught.
No more then booked amount of guest allowed in this unit.
Quiet hours: 9.00pm – 8.00am
No left-over food and dirty dishes in the sink. A RM300 fees will be imposed for extra cleaning.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
No daily housekeeping will be provided.
Please DO NOT dispose any garbage outside of the unit or along the corridor. Any violation will result in a fine of RM200.
Please DO NOT take anything out of the unit except for the rubbish.
Kindly turn off all the lights & Air-conditioning if it’s not in use / check-out.
Do look after the access card. A replacement fee of RM200 will be imposed if lost/ damage.
Check-out is before 11.00A.M.
Late check-out will be charged RM50 per hour from 11.00AM.
Last but not least, please do look after the unit. We would really appreciate it if you would not cost any damages in the unit.
