Amazing 360 view of KL’s skyline, overseeing the skyscrapers and of course, the breathtaking Twin Towers & KL Tower.
We are managing 14 units of this room type. The unit will be assigned randomly when you booked. No worry and you will get the same room layout & interior design but with slight differences in the decoration and furniture in the living room and all of our units are fantastic!
Car park:
1) Free Car Park (only One)
2) You can rent an additional car park at a one-time fee of RM15 with multiple entries but subject to availability
3) We will suggest you carpool if you have more than 1 car as there are very limited car park lots
4) A deposit of RM100 each will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be refunded to you once you have return the parking token upon check-out.*Please note that:-
1) The unit is strictly a non-smoking unit.
2) The Check-in time is 3 pm
3) The check out time is 12 noon
4) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 12noon) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
5) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
6) wear a face mask all the time when you are in the common area or out of the unit
7) No party is allowed
8) No Over-pax
9) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is
10) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
11) Quiet hour is 9 pm onwards
12) All guests have to submit a photo identification & Health Tracing form (we will send you after booked) before check-in
13) Prior arrangement and/or approval for Photo and Video Shooting is needed
14) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
15) No deposit for short-term stay.
