1. Booking & Service Refund Policy
All bookings and purchases made through wodages.com are final and strictly non-refundable.
This applies to:

Room reservations

Travel packages and transport bookings

Any service-related purchases
Cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes (within 24 hours of check-in, travel date, or service time) will not be eligible for any refund, exchange, or credit.
In the rare case where Wodages Sdn Bhd cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen operational reasons, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered at our discretion.
2. Returns Policy for Products
We take pride in ensuring that every order is checked and packed carefully. However, if you receive a wrong item or a faulty product, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:

The product received is faulty, damaged, or not the item ordered.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

You must provide the original purchase receipt or proof of payment.

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for product return.
