Grilled Salmon - The Grilled Salmon here is marinated in salt only to preserve the natural sweetness of the fish. Squeezing some lemon juice onto the salmon and eating it with the white raddish shreds and vinegar gives it a unique sour taste. If you think that a single piece of salmon is too plain, the Japanese salad and Miso soup at the side is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Juicy Chicken Katsu with Miso Sauce - Miso Katsu is a recipe that the chef has created himself, and it has a sweet and savoury taste. The chicken is equally sliced, so each piece of chicken is equally thick and juicy. One portion of Miso Katsu has 3 pieces of chicken, so be prepared to be filled up. Thanks to the long hours of marinade, the chicken breast is juicy, and the meat in tender and moist under the crispy skin. The thick chicken paired with the refreshing and sweet sauce gives it multiple layers of texture and enjoyment.

Crispy Chicken Karaage - The chicken is marinated in spices for 24 hours to lock in the juices of the meat, and then deep-fried to golden brown perfection. The spices are a combination of 12 different spices, like scallions, garlic, ginger and more. The ginger and garlic flavours are more prominent, ready to burst out with the shearing of the thin crispy skin.

Tofu with Minced Chicken Donburi - The big round egg yolk glistens the entire dish like a full moon. This dish made out of chicken and tofu has captured the eyes of many, especially the ladies for its nutritional values. By mincing the chicken and tofu together, it is made into a patty and then fried. The texture is like a Chinese Yong Tau Foo, and has different flavours of spices in this thick and springy patty. Traditional Donburi will always add on a raw egg on the fried burger patty, and mixing the egg with the rice before savouring this dish brings out its best features!
