This unit is sub-unit (325 sqft) of a dual key unit which is absolutely suitable for those looking for a peaceful, quiet, relaxing, spacious, clean environment.

A dual key unit is a single service apartment which comprises two sub-units that share a common main entrance. All of our units are with its own door lock, sitting area, bedroom, pantry and bathroom. Rest assured, you will have your own privacy and this is not a shared unit!

Kindly be informed that we do manage more than 10 units of the same design and room layout. You will be assigned randomly and you will get at least 90% or above same as per listed photos. Rest assured, all of our units are fantastic!

Car park lot:
Option 1:-
1) It is RM20 each car per stay with unlimited entries, subject to availability.
2) A deposit of RM100 each will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be refunded to you once you have return the parking token upon check-out.

Option 2:
Rent an overnight car park lot with security guard at RM25 per night, subject to availability.

*Please note that:-
1) The unit is strictly a non-smoking unit.
2) The Check-in time is 3 pm
3) The check out time is 12 noon
4) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 12noon) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
5) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
6) wear a face mask all the time when you are in the common area or out of the unit
7) No party is allowed
8) No Over-pax
9) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is
10) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
11) Quiet hour is 9 pm onwards
12) All guests have to submit a photo identification & Health Tracing form (we will send you after booked) before check-in
13) Prior arrangement and/or approval for Photo and Video Shooting is needed
14) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
15) No deposit for short-term stay.
